Payment

◦ First payment by bank 40%, 10 days after date of invoice
◦ 60% to be paid by bank on the first day of the month
  preceding arrival date
◦ Security deposit € 100 (refundable if no damage)
◦ we give no refund for cancellation. Therefore we recommend
  you take out a cancellation insurance
◦ We regret we do not accept creditcard or cheques
